WHOLE Festival's eighth edition runs July 17 to 20 at Ferropolis near Berlin, drawing 10,000 people to 187 artists across six stages built around an explicit safety architecture: a FLINTA zone, an expanded Cruising Village and a Solidarity Program funding entry for refugees and QTIBPOC attendees.
